Answer: Bikes are of the best quality, new and mostly imported from Asia as they have far superior manufacturing processes, lower prices and have been tested by me personally. If you are a local manufacturer of bicycles and would be interested in partnering with me feel free to send an email. I personally assemble these bikes, install the motor, customize and safety test each bike. Cruisers are my favorite choice because of the long wheel base, low rider position and fat tires which give much more stability. Assembled in the USA.

Question: Is it legal to ride these on city streets?
Answer:
Mkay electric Scooters are exempt from license and registration.

Mkay gas motor bikes land in a grey area.
The California vehicle code is actually rather confusing on this issue. With many contradicting information. I have spoken with 2 SFPD department heads and they tell me this bike is A-OK and treated like a bike as long as it stays under 20mph, remains on roads with speed posted of under 25mph and obeys all traffic laws. Park Presidio Police on the other hand have said these bikes will be ticketed and I am investigating this issue as they have yet to quote an actual ordinance to back their hostile position.
